I self parked and they really need better signage throughout the parking garage and casino
Grand Lux for breakfast on day 2 (just myself) and was told to wait 5 mins but the 2 parties behind me were taken right to their table
Room had a few minor issues; no alarm clock/radio, chips/scratches in the marble, the grout around the tub/shower already peeling, and a broken piece of mirror near the headboard
If I think of any more, I will let you all know. Overall, it was a great stay and look forward to coming back.
I agree w/you on the garage signage-you have no idea where you're going to surface when driving around down there.
I was there 2 weeks ago for my 2nd stay. I had communicated my experiences to the hotel after my stay last spring & have had a very nice young lady taking care of me since. I was given a Bella suite this time around directly overlooking Treasure Island (could hear the music from the show all the way up on the 41st floor!). I'm sorry to say water pressure in the sink & shower was still non-existent, stains around the faucets on the sink, no luggage stand upon arrival (bellman said it was because they keep breaking & housekeeping doesn't do anything about getting them replaced until he calls when delivery luggage). There should have been a sconce on the wall between the 2 beds, but instead there was just a hole where it had been. Also, according to my bellman, the consol table under the tv in the 'bedroom' is supposed to light up (there's a small hole on the side where the switch is; never noticed it before), but ours was broken & bellman said 'most of them are' after he tried to turn it on for us.
It's those kinds of 'little' things that just leave me shaking my head; I expect more from a property that markets itself the way this one does.
