Thanks for the info. So I called SAS, and they said, "Why did you double book yourself." I explained that I simply looked online and saw that I had double bookings. The agent then said, "Your travel agent must have made a mistake." To which I responded, "My travel agent was SAS... I booked directly with you!"
Agent then explained that the reservation does not need to be touched. I asked if the record needs to be cleaned up at all. Agent said "no."
So I guess all is ok. Thanks all for your help.
