TK is one of the status codes for an air segment in a PNR. It means that there has been a schedule change. If the flight number has changed, then the original HK segment will come back as a UN status, and the new flight number (and times) will come back with a TK status. HK stands for Holding Confirmed; UN stands for Unable; TK stands for To Confirm. The agent will then cancel out the UN segment and "accept" the schedule change by changing the TK to HK. Call your travel agent or the airline to do this.
