I don't think you would get anything from SQ. AFterall, they did manage to get you safely from point A to point B. Being SQ, their customer service on the ground is horrible. Dealing with them on the ground would probably make you angrier. And I agree with the opinions posted by philipat. Afterall, Mummy knows best....
