Here's that F-class menu:

TO BEGIN

Tea-smoked breast of duck with prune sauce
Asparagus tips and roasted red pepper

Tuna marinated with star anise
Mixed bell pepper salsa

SALAD

Fresh seasonal greens with tomato and cucumber

The shrimp-topped salad looks new. Funny that it's "ice cream with sundae toppings" while in C it was "Haagen Dazs" although I'm sure it was the same stuff. I'm sure there were chocolates as well, but what kind I can't say. The champagne was Billecart-Salmon 1997 or Brut, Pol Roger.
