As a matter of fact, the nuts were warmed. And the flight attendant came around with more in a drink glass and offered to "top up" our nut bowls.

I think the wines were the same as those IAD-FRA the week before but the crew seemed to be more involved in describing them. I was offered a taste of the white I drank with my chicken. The champagne was Pommery (dark blue and gold label) which tasted fine to me.

I don't have the menus right here but I'll do the F-class one later today. I think the biggest change there was a "sampling" of three appetizers, a sort of a la carte vegetable selection with the entrees and three desserts (sundae, bread pudding or chocolate-dipped strawberries).

BTW, service on UA943 ORD-DEN was above-par as well. The F-class purser came around offering a very nice Pinot Grigio to the C-cabin, complete with a bigger F-class glass.
