Whilst the changes would be very welcome, I do wish they could put on the thinking caps when in comes to appetisers.

I think every appetiser in Business on UA that I've seen in the past 12 years is some variant of either smoke salmon/shrimp or tomato/mozzarella. C'mon! Do I need to send my Naked Chef cookbook to WHQ!
