Why does the DL booking system suck so bad?
Seriously - how hard is it to NOT have errors on your website. I think I encounter one EVERY SINGLE TIME I access the page.
Half the time I can't check flight status without an error popping up.
Almost 3/4 of the time I can't search award tickets without getting an error.
And NOW I can't even check a revenue ticket without an erorr. (For instance I'm trying ATL-HNL 12/25-12/28 +/- 1 day and I get an error every time - I'm sure it'll eventually work, but seriously I am forced to use this crap make it work!).
Seriously there is some mickey mouse development going on over there. (Sorry DeltaWebDev - but no way in heck my company would be in business if our product spewed these errors every time a user went to the site just about)
Kill me with $15 bag charges and mileage inflation etc all you want, BUT MAKE YOUR FREAKING WEBSITE WORK!
