I always have to call to change my seat assignment because my travel agent for some reason the travel agent thinks its really funny to put me in the middle seat in business on the 747, even when there are plenty of aisle seats available.

I generally call to Germany, and they are always very helpful, and never have to wait long for the call to be answered. It would be a great enhancement to be able to change seats myself online.
