It seems that the merger with Northwest has allowed Delta to cut excess capacity on many routes and deploy them abroad.

Anyone else find it interesting that Delta's starting JFK-GOT before JFK-OSL, JFK-ARN, or JFK-CPH? Is the market too small for 3 carriers that Delta decided to go for the less obvious markets?
