OK, maybe I screwed up and should have done this differently. I ended up booking a R/T last night for January. It's SEA-ATL-PBI-ATL-SEA. Its all DL coded/DL operated, but I purchased it on nwa.com. When I looked up the flights on DL.com I saw exit seats that were where I wanted to be, but I decided to book the flights on nwa.com since they were coming up at the same price (its hard to let go...).

So my itinerary got ticketed, I had my NW Platinum elite number in the res. Well going to my itineraries on nwa.com shows the seats i was randomly assigned but per usual partner stuff the seat number isn't a link and isn't able to be changed at nwa.com. So I copied and pasted the DL confirmation number. Then I went to DL.com and pulled up the reservation, and I went to change the seats, it says Platinum Medallion/Elite Plus, but when I pull up the seat map, none of the premium seats are even showing up, but I know they're open. Grrrr. Help please.


I'm still in the 24 hr window.

Should I:
Try to get this fixed via phone?
Cancel it and rebook on DL.com?
Explore other options?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
