I emailed customer relations on 1/21 regarding swapping my tickets for vouchers, however have not heard back yet. I used the web form which emailed [email protected]. Is there a better email address to use? Do they have a special address from PremEx members? Is it normal to take >a week to get a reply from email to customer relations?
