the seats of PAL is better than the old cx business class.. the lie flat is the same.. but PAL has something ike a board or to step on the foot rest to prevent u from sliding down... well i can say it's a big upgrade from the old c class of PAL.. 26 seats upper deck, 16 seats front main deck
