I recently saw "This is a Sky Radio Flight" on the board for a UAX flight from BHM to ORD. I know this is not Mesa but what is Sky Radio on a CRJ?

This is definitely NOT a mainline flight. I can't seem to find any info on Sky Radio other than for mainline.

Is this new?
