Will CO let me do this without charging additional fees? If I need to refund the ticket, will the costs be allocated back to the proper cards (i.e., if I use a corporate and personal card for each charge)?
I have done this by alerting an agent
before I purchased the ticket through the agency, and then they went ahead and did the change for no charge immediately after I bought it.
I believe others have had success with this by changing the fare class within the 24-hour refund window.
