Just to make sure expectations are properly set, the "street" is a four-lane highway. There are also a few holes from the golf course in your way as well.
Google Maps gives a good idea of the layout. You can see the Ritz, which is right on the waterfront, and the St. Regis, which is a good half-mile away.
