From the St. Regis site, it appears valet parking (with in/out privileges) is $30/day. Self parking seems to be $24/day but without in/out privileges.
C&P stays are considered as award stays, however you should be privy to any and all Platinum amenities. You will NOT receive stay/night credit to your SPG account, however.
I thought about staying in this hotel as well -- looks like an amazing property. One thing to note though, is that this hotel is not on the beach directly, but across the street from the beach.
