first, and we were given a few weeks to beat on it and provide feedback before it went live for the world to see. We've been asked to report when processes like upgrade wait lists are not working correctly. This report is in line with those things that CO management has specifically asked for. And they get it for free; all Larry has to do is have us all down for dinner once a year.
We share good and bad experiences here. That's part of feedback.
Oh, yeah. We definitely do that here.

As far as FT, I've been a member of FT before I worked for CO. So, I do understand what the company has used it for.
And, shame on me for taking LSW's answer of booking the ticket as solid. I should know better than to trust a flight attendant in giving the right answer, hehe
