I wouldn't doubt it - but a snack box is not really a F meal. If they handed out a cold sandwich and apple in F and called it 'dinner', people would complain.
Now, if they called it a snack, and brought around a DL/NW style basket with a selection of fruit, cookies, cheese, candy and chips, then expectations would be met, if not exceeded - but snack baskets are not part of the CO catering experience. A cold plate (standard F snack) is too involved for such a short flight.
