just a note to all you Houstonians...
BOMBAY BRASSERIE in the galleria is really good for double dipping per se..
</font>
I love Indian food and I've found Bombay Brasserie to be a huge disappointment. The best Indian food in Houston is at India's (Richmond & Chimney Rock) and Shiva's (Times & Kelvin in the village). My girlfriend and I have tried everywhere and nobody can beat them. We've also taken many friends there and they're always just as satisfied.
Shiva offers 10 miles/$ though iDine, but India's does not participate. The Entertainment Book contains buy one get one free at India's and both restaurants offer 20% discounts through Gusto Rewards, which you can get if you subscribe to the Houston Chronicle (
http://webadv.chron.com/ads/ads_g/gustocard/index.html). Gusto Rewards + iDine at Shiva's is a worthwhile double dip.
P.S. No Houston restaurants currently offer more than 10 miles/$.
