I got the 2.0 style bag with the "auto expand" straps earlier this year in Colorado. Had to take it back and exchange it with for a new one last week because the wheels were squealing so bad people at PHX actually stopped to check their own bags That and the auto expand would spontaneously auto expand! I stuck the bag in the overhead on an A319 on the way home and nearly didn't get the damned thing out because it expanded and caught the lip of the bin. I think I'd rather have the zippered expander.
