If they are on the ground I usually look at the landing gear. triple bogey on the 777 (i.e. 6 wheels per truck) and double bougey on the 767 ( 4 wheels per truck).
If I am not wrong the 777 wings angle upwards more than a 767. Could be an optical illusion but that's another way to tell.
the 757 has a longish nose. I always that that it looked a little funny.
