Of course premium cabins should have a separate sizer, with larger dimensions. My rollie always fits lengthwise in the OHB on every mainline plane, but never fits in the sizer. I agree the sizer should be smaller for Y where there are more restrictions on space, but a bag that fits lengthwise in the OHB should be allowed in F/C.
