Putting aside the patronizing tone of your post, CO actually does use the FT community for feedback like this. Many of us participate in the beta testing of the website when updates are released. The PDA site was shared with the FT community
first, and we were given a few weeks to beat on it and provide feedback before it went live for the world to see. We've been asked to report when processes like upgrade wait lists are not working correctly. This report is in line with those things that CO management has specifically asked for. And they get it for free; all Larry has to do is have us all down for dinner once a year.
We share good and bad experiences here. That's part of feedback.
