I suppose my problem is that I presume that companies such as BA and Avis would have the same level of customer services as I apply in my own business.

I have only used BA for the past 10 years, yet Delta gave the free upgrades and their business partners, Hilton waived the parking at the hotel as Delta had told them of our probelms!
