Hiddy,

Car broke down on the way to the airport (90 miles short). We allowed 8 and half hours for the journey and had checked in online. The journey was due to take 4 hours but took 7 1/2 as a result of this.

Avis said they would be there within the hour, but it took three hours to get to us.
