This sounds a bit rum. Surely BA should stand by their published position, not "the position we thought about (perhaps) but forgot (certainly) to tell anyone about". But presumably you've already exhausted that line with CS.

Furthermore, what does "marketed" mean? That you've got to buy the flights through ba.com? What if you use (say) expedia?
