When does qualifying nights reset to zero?
My RA just got renewed on Nov 1, 2008. Current RA card states expiry Jan 2009 and new RA card will expire on Jan 31, 2010.

I am planning a holiday trip end Jan or early Feb where I will be staying in a few ICs and CPs.

My question is when will my stays start counting towards my 2009 year? Will it be Jan 2009 or Feb 2009?

I tried calling the RA service center, but I don't think the guy that helped me understood my question. He just kept saying that I am in the top 1% and do not have to worry
