Premier Exec Issue
I ended 2003 about 1400 miles short of premier exec status. I spoke with a few customer service folks who recommended that I write to a "premier exec committee". I did so and received an email from them indicating thet they would not be able to do anything about it.
I am pretty bummed out about this. Have flown United quite a bit (1k in 2001 and 88k miles in 2002) and was expecting a better show of appreciation on their part.
Would appreciate any ideas or thoughts from some one who has been in a similar situation. Do I still have any options to get them to review my case?
