I don't know if it is permanent, but when we were at the RCC at the begining of the month, there was free beer and wine, but no hard stuff (gin, scotch, rum and mint for Mojiiiiiiiitos ).

The did have some snacks, but owning to the delays that day and and general kerap selction of food establishments at MIA, it disappeared rapidly.
