Thumbs down Basically Hilton don't Love us anymore

So I emailed Hilton and this is the response.

Dear Mr. Superd1,

Thank you for contacting the Hilton Internet Contact Center. We appreciate your continued loyalty to the Hilton Family of Hotels. REALLY??

The hotel brands have made a decision to stop offering the AARP rate online (except Hampton Inn brand hotels). The rate is still available by phone. I apologize for any inconvenience. How will this save Hilton money, If I have to call in 3 or 4 times to get rates?

If you require further assistance, please dial 1-800-774-1500 and choose one of the following options when prompted by our automated system to ensure you are provided direct assistance:

* Select option "1" for help with reservations, cancellations, hotel information and for transfers to Guest Assistance.
* Select option "2" for help with technical issues or questions about one of our Brand websites.

If you are unable to access a 1-800 number, please visit http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/feedback/hrwfone.jhtml for a list of our Worldwide Reservation Offices and their telephone numbers. You may also place a toll call to us directly at +1-972-770-6136.

Thank you for contacting our Hilton Family of Brands!

Regards,
