I was missing my much needed e-upgrades after a 12K trip in week 1 of Jan, so I called to see what was going on. The MP agent told me that computer runs for January won't happen until 1st week of Feb! This is worrisome and troublesome if you (like me) want your e-upgrades, missing mileage, promo mileage, etc., in Jan.

Anyway, I'm not sure if she knew what she was talking about, but she sure sounded like she did. Anyone else heard about this change in computer run?

PS - I will say that the MP agents been really nice and helpful lately ... no matter how messed up the MP system is.
