I take pictures professionally, although I'm not a professional photographer. Personally I like iPhoto a lot. The current version has great editing tools, handles RAW totally seemlessly, and has good organizational tools. I export the RAW images to my desktop as JPEGs and upload them to Flickr from there. It's rare that I need to export to Photoshop for further processing. I tried out Aperture, but felt uncomfortable with its tools, and that it was overkill in my case as far as organizing my work.
