You can't earn FB miles on any HM coded flight as they aren't a FB partner airline, but you'll earn miles on the AF coded flights operated by HM.
As the Seychelles are more or less bankrupt and received IMF support last week, rumours are around that HM might stop operations in the near future. It could be wise to ticket HM flights on a different carrier's plate.
