From T4, you have to get to T1/T2/T3 (via Heathrow Express) and head to the Central Bus Terminal/Station. Bus 75/76 go by the Sheraton Heathrow. U3 goes close to it but you need to get off by the Chinese restaurant and walk from there because then the bus heads over away to Uxbridge I think.
