OP has made many similar observations in many other threads about QR work ethics. So why repeat it on a new thread over and over.

Your observations fail to also see that similar situations are happening to other airlines in asia in this economic climate. The above situation is not partial to QR but to most ME and sub-indian carriers. Pity that no politician can affect the decisions of airlines eg Jet Airways.
