Yep. Just a block from home this evening a driver was driving in the wrong lane on LaFrance Street and almost hit me head on. The street is wide enough for cars to be parked on both sides and two cars can still pass going opposite directions in the middle. And this woman was driving like she was in England on the left side of the road. And then she had the nerve to honk at me!
