Just an update.

We got 2 of our 3 bags on Tuesday afternoon.

They were checked in a IAD Friday 7am.

Each had First Class and Star Alliance flags on them - and arirved with same still intact.

Each was clearly tagged IAD-DEN-SFO-SYD.

One went to HAWAII .. figger that out!

As our 747 aircraft with bags sat on the tarmac for about 14 hours, and as we arrived into SFO 8 hours earlier, there is absolutely no excuse for these bags not to have made our flight as we were in SFO for about 20 hours so why bags could not make it is inexplicable.

Joh called United baggage 6 times here to get "mailbox full" message.
