SR 397

This one is known as Mack Hatcher Parkway. It serves as a perimeter road around the downtown or Five Points area of Franklin. However, Franklin has grown up all around the outside of the perimeter so it is not really a bypass. It is marked as TRUCK US 31 from US 31 South then along the way it picks up TRUCK US 431. It drops the TRUCK US 31 at the north US 31 junction and carries the TRUCK US 431 designation till the end at the north US 431 junction. SR 397 is a hidden designation which can only be viewed on the mile marker signs.
