On Feb. 21 I finally got a 500-mile bonus for taking my acct. online & dining during Nov./Dec . I had complained about the missing bonus in late Jan., but no one at Idine nor UA had a clue what I was talking about . They told me to remember the promo name/code next time so they could look it up.
