Travelodge in UK - Rooms from £9
Travelodge UK offers 9 GBP rooms for stays from Feb to Apr 09. Book on http://www.travelodge.co.uk/ . They have some hotels in Spain as well and offering rates from 10 Eur on them. Please note that Travelodge in UK doesn't belong to the same company as Travelodge in US.
