I have a couple of upcoming trips that will have some sectors flown in UK Domestic with BA. I have never done UK Domestic sectors with BA previously and just got word from the folks at the BA boards that these are one class service type of flights. But of the UK domestic sectors that I will be flying in, one is booked under "D" class and two is booked under "J" class. (I wan't to clarify will I in these cases be getting 125% or 100% MPO Club/AM Miles? The website just shows BA flights booked in Business Class under J & D earning 125% but did not mentioned anything about UK domestic.
You can even book in Q class and be seated in the front row. Yes you are right, there is only one class and when you receive your boarding pass it will just say "C" class. On BA domestic flights, you get a meal ! ie hot breakfast for morning flights and scones for tea!
As there is no differential, it may very well be counted as a Business Class flight.
