You can even book in Q class and be seated in the front row. Yes you are right, there is only one class and when you receive your boarding pass it will just say "C" class. On BA domestic flights, you get a meal ! ie hot breakfast for morning flights and scones for tea!

As there is no differential, it may very well be counted as a Business Class flight.
