Would it have been that difficult to e-mail everybody booked on a p.s. flight during this maintenance period to let them know the in-seat power wouldn't be working?
Definitely! That would have been hugely difficult to pull off. (I'm a marketer, and e-mailing customers is part of my job. Definitely non-trivial.) Sorry.
