arred in atlanta and no bags and proceeded to LAX. It was impossible to reach anyone in jet baggage services in brusels or san francisco.Sent a email to jet and no response.

On arrival at LAX, contacted Delta baggage services who sent a traver to brussels and worldwide. I got the bags delivered to my house in 24hrs as they came on the next delta flight..

As of yet, no one from jet contacted me to find out the issue/
