But what about returning an 30 mins, or hour or two early. This early return would not violate the minimum days.
Oh a few hours early isn't a problem - an example was that in late sept I had a rental at SFO - picked up fri early evening - reserved through late morning on mon - i returned late evening on sun (into the daily rate already since it was probably about 3 hrs after pickup time), the charge was exactly as quoted on the reservation even though I probably returned about 12 hours early. I decided to do this since for that last night I was staying at an airport area hotel and didn't need the car anymore and it was just less hassle to return that evening before checking in at the hotel.
