I called and asked to have seat assignments for a future flight in C. The agent confirmed the seat assignments, and checkmytrip.com shows them as well. However using LY website via manage my booking, the reservation shows seats unspecified, and our seats taken. Is this a common thing? Do i need to call LY again?
Any help appreciated.
This is weird.
From my experience if it is NOT updated in the LY website then there is a problem!
I would have called them again to triple check as last time because of plane changes I "lost" my seats 3 times (got them back each time via a phone call to LY) in 1 week!!!
