I've *never* received such a survey from ICHG -- I spend about 100 nights/year with them on average over the past 5 years or so.
I'd LOVE to get a survey after each stay, to signal what was bad and (in particular) praise what was good -- I'm a big believer in also positive reinforcement.
Recently, I wrote an email to ICHG with an issue on a recent stay, and got a "we'll get back to you within a business day". This is now a week ago.
