From reading the BA shareholder site I believe you need to get the nominee company to email the company secretary address with the details of your shareholding, after the 7 November, confirming that you held those shares at the applicable date. If they won't do that you need to get the shares removed from the nominee company and certificated in your name but I'm not sure how long this takes.
