I cleared at time of booking (on Monday) for IAD-FRA-VIE in just over two weeks. When I looked on Sunday at C cabins on 952 and 932 the seat map (yes, I know not the most reliable guide) showed both close to full. Then Monday, lots of seats opened up including NC space, so I grabbed one.
