I wonder if the reason BMI won't release their figures are that they are worse than BA !!

My brother managed to travel with his bags 2 weeks ago from London - Bangkok with BA, Bangkok to Singapore with Thai, Singapore to Bangkok with Thai, Bangkok to London with BA. He then made the mistake of checking in bags from London to Leeds and they have been lost for 10 days now

How can the website say no information ... they must at least know that it was last seen at heathrow

I live in Singapore but will be travelling (with BA thankfully) in 2 weeks to the UK, has anyone had any luck gaining access to the piles of lost luggage and actually looking for their bags themselves. I did this once with ski's and found them !!

If anyone is in the habit of buying lost luggage for auction - please look out for some cute page boy suits, and a wedding party suit in a black suitcase

If anyone has any other suggestions where I can expediate the bag search i would be grateful. I seem to remember that i have a Gold BMI card, but it may have lapsed to silver now !
